Due to increase in volumes as a result of Covid -19 are advertising on behalf of our client for a warehouse Operative/Parcel sorter for their busy depot on the outskirts of Plymouth.

The Job

• Unloading of parcels of various sizes from delivery vehicles
• Moving and sorting of parcels into relevant areas
• General warehouse duties as instructed by line manager
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean and tidy
• Usual shifts are 1630-2030 Monday to Friday although you maybe required to start from 1200 or 1400 on busy days.

The Candidate

• Good level of general fitness as some parcels are heavy
• Be able to follow Health and Safety guidelines
• Good level of English numeracy and literacy
• Reliable and Hardworking
• Flexible with working hours
• You must have your own transport as public transport does not run late enough
