Product Manager – Artificial Intelligence , Machine learning, UI/UX experience

Working for a top tier investment company to be based in either London or New York. they are looking for a Product Manager to join to help shape and optimize their products. You will work collaboratively with teams of scientists, engineers, designers, analysts and business partners to constantly align product vision, as well as innovate and execute product across the company.

You will ideally be someone who has good UI/UX experience, a good sense of design, and some achievements that you can reference to illustrate from. You will be helping to pull together a subset of capital market products into one umbrella platform and as such experience in one or more areas of Capital markets would be beneficial but not essential (fixed income, CDO’s CLO’s Securities etc)

Being part of their AI-first, product led strategy it is a must to have good knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning ideally as a PM. The position will be 100% internally focussed and the team size is approx. 20 engineers etc whom are all from a mixed company background and not necessarily finance based. Here it is all about your technical ability to do the role and your know-how around AI, ML and UX/UI.

Responsibilities:

As the Product Manager you will :

•    Lead the development of the product strategy and vision, supported by internal and external analysis
•    Define product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
•    Develop detailed, business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
•    Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
•    Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners / clients
•    Work closely with teams of engineers, scientists and designers to develop products and deliver them to market
•    Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
•    Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
•    You’ll need to have advanced analytical skills, including the ability to frame issues, identify important points and draw conclusions
