A one-off opportunity for a strong Senior Property Manager  Property Manager to join one of Brighton's most exciting, vibrant independent lettings brands. The successful Senior Property Manager will be experienced within Property Management, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of units, whilst running your own team of property managers. You will be required to ensure the smooth running of the department, ensuring compliance, providing support and ensuring Property Managers are properly trained in all areas of Property Management. This position is initially a temporary maternity cover role, however has a strong potential to go permanent.  This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing section notices and dealing with general lettings administration.

Senior Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• You will ideally be ARLA qualified
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
