Permanent - part time role (20 hours per week), working 4 hour shifts between 6:30am and 7:00pm, 5 days per week

Role Overview
As a G4S Customer Services Assistant you will provide support to the Total Facilities Management area of the contract by receiving, acknowledging and processing all TFM service requests, processing visitors, assisting with Desk Management and providing switchboard services.

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include working flexibly between the G4S Customer Services teams to ensure records are maintained and updated using appropriate applications such as Maximo, VRIS and Hospitality Suite.

 

You will answer, screen, administer or transfer inbound calls as required, give written responses to routine enquiries, resolves administrative problems and inquiries, escalate service-related issues where necessary and follow up high priority works to ensure the customer contact is fully informed.

  • Experience of delivery excellent customer service
  • Proven experience working as part of a team

 

It would be desirable for this role if you had an understanding of information management systems or databases and had previous experience in a Facilities Management environment.

 

 

The salary for this role is £19,214 per annum. In addition to this, full-time employees will receive a £1,000 annual retention bonus for each year with the company that DV clearance is held. This will be pro-rata for part-time employees.
