Package: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus, £4,000 Car Allowance and Expenses

KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an established progressive training provider, with 20 years’ experience of operating nationally within the Skills sector.
 
Our client is currently seeking an experienced candidate at Director level, who will be responsible for business growth across the Apprenticeship provision. The successful candidate will develop and implement a business growth strategy, assist with winning new business, and manage a team of approx. 5 staff.
 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Create and implement a business growth plan, and deliver against key business objectives and financial targets, for the growth of Apprenticeship starts.
• Day to day management and coordination of the sales team’s performance, activity and targets to ensure achievement of learner starts, recruitment, retention and new business growth.
• Drive new business and deliver contractual growth through effective employer engagement, utilising your existing connections, along with new business development strategies to secure new employer accounts.
• Work closely with the SMT and report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis and meet month end deadlines.
• Work to and achieve own monthly new business targets through the identification and engagement of new Levy Employers.
• Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and design / develop training plans to meet employers’ needs.
• Manage and maximise employer relationships to secure new/repeat business ongoing
• Ensure employer environments comply with Health and Safety requirements.
