1 Stop Healthcare are recruiting for a Supported Living Manager

You will be covering the services within Kent that cover learning disabilities, associated conditions and mental health issues to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. Support can be provided in accommodation-based settings or via our outreach services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.

We need someone who has level 5 NVQ Health and Social Care and has a valid UK driving licence.
