Senior Analog IC Engineer

Permanent – £60,000 to £80,000 basic salary (subject to experience) plus competitive benefits package including generous bonus scheme

Senior Analog IC Design Engineer with experience in high-speed Analogue / Mixed-Signal IC design, from front-end to back-end, and CMOS / BiCMOS process required by entrepreneurial, high potential start-up company based in Berkshire. The Senior Analog IC Design Engineer will play a critical role in the development of a range of products with broad commercial applications in the communication sector in a highly collaborative and innovative start-up environment.

Key skills:

• Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or higher (ie. PhD)
• 5+ years of experience in analogue / AMS / RF / MM IC design.
• Experienced user of EDA tools for design and verification, preferably Cadence Virtuoso
• Experience in circuit modelling using Verilog-A / Verilog-AMS / VHDL-AMS / SKILL
• Experience in high-speed ICs, with exposure to mmWave / sub-mmWave / THz / optics / photonics of particular interest
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
