Position: Property Manager in Residential Lettings

Location: Manchester

Package: £20k-£23k Depending Upon Experience, Parking, 5 Day Working Week

The Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join one of Manchester's most highly regarded independent agents. As a Property Manager your tasks will include carrying out inspections, dealing with maintenance, deposit returns, utility management, amongst other general property management duties. Requirements:

• Previous experience workings as a property manager.
• Technical property management knowledge.
• Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
• ARLA Qualifications preferred
• Understanding of Property Management Legislation
• Full UK driving license and use of own car.
