After recently moving to a new premise in the Norfolk region, a great office with amazing grounds and plenty of room for growth, the Associate Director will have a chance to take on management and leadership responsibilities for the region.

The business works nationally on behalf of multiple organisations in various sectors including Offshore wind, Nuclear, Telecoms, Power, Water, Transport & Infrastructure providing a full range of strategic land, planning & environmental advice.

Responsibilities

• As the Office Lead, you will be in a key leadership role working with other Directors in the management of a range of contracts for well-known national and regional utility and infrastructure clients.
• You will be leading on and developing company and office strategies, whilst bringing in new work and demonstrating excellent people and leadership skills.
• Recruiting, developing, and managing a team of chartered surveyors

Requirements

• MRICS
• Ideally a RICS registered valuer
• Experience in high level strategic land advice – CPO/DCO experience useful
• Commercially driven
• An Innovator
• Intelligent leader with the ability to motivate a team
• An excellent communicator
• Confident in building new relationships with clients
