Their development & support speaks volumes. They value ambition & hard work.
At the moment, they’re working a 4on 4off Days Shift Pattern, for the right Engineer, they’re offering £40k
Due to growth, they’re looking for an Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to help hit production targets.
Also, don’t forget:
- Overtime available?
- And again –£40k for just Days
- Also don’t forget there’s no nights
- 50% of the year off due to shifts
With some overtime available, you have the opportunity to bump up your salary, without burning yourself out working ridiculously long shifts
I know what you’re thinking too, £40,000? HOW do I sign up? What experience do I NEED?
You’re going to need to be a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably electrically biased (apprentice qualified ONC or equivalent). You will have worked ideally within FMCG/High-Speed Manufacturing. Experience with PLC’s will put you to the front of the que too (ideally Siemens or Allen Bradley).
OH, and if you’ve got strong experience with Conveyors and Packaging machinery.. this one’s right up your street.
You will look objectively at every side of an idea or situation to guarantee that all outcomes are thoroughly calculated before deciding on a suitable course of action. Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won’t be ‘firefighting’ for the entire shift.
Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you’ll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.
If this sounds like your cup of tea, click apply and I’ll give you a call.
