• Support the Production/Maintenance Organization (PO/MO) Quality Manager in the quality management activities including supporting within external audits and liaison with the authorities
• Plan, prepare and conduct internal audits in accordance with the requirements of e.g. EASA Part-21 J or G, EASA Part-145, EASA Part-147 and FAA
• Write audit reports, monitor feedback, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Assess the organizations processes, identify and analyze areas for improvement and develop and assist in the creation of quality procedures
• Support in the continuous developing and maintaining of the quality system documentation (Organization Exposition Manuals, Procedures, related documentation)

• Hold a technical college degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experienced Lead Auditor with knowledge of the various QMS Standards (EN/AS 9100, ISO 9001)
• Aerospace Quality Assurance experience (5 years minimum) preferably in Production and/or Maintenance Organizations
• Good knowledge of the international Aerospace Regulations (EASA, FAA) and in particular the parts 21 and 145
• Good knowledge of the Safety Management System (SMS) requirements
• Excellent communication in English and German, other languages are an advantage
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving and organization skills as well as flexibility to changing environment
