THE ROLE: Business Development Manager
THE PRODUCT: Automotive Aftermarket Motor Factor
THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £35,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Benefits
WHERE: Milton Keynes
THE COMPANY: A small and independent but quickly growing motor factor in the Milton Keynes area are expanding on their team internally. With a great service and product offering, an exciting new role has arisen for a Business Development Manager to work closely with the Directors in building the local customer base.
THE ROLE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
As a business development manager, your role is simple. You will be working closely with the senior management team with the aim of making, growing and developing customer relationships within the end user garage and workshop market in the local area. How you go about doing that is up to you!
This is a hands-on role where business developed is directly correlated to your input and activity. Rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in is a must!
This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual that wants the chance to carve their own success and set themselves on their own career path within the aftermarket.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
The most important part of succeeding in this role is your ability and attitude. As an
individual, you will be well organised, communicative and above all else, driven to make an
impact.
Ideally you will have come from a similar role and have a good working knowledge of the local automotive trade and it’s workshops however this organisation are open to looking at individuals with a passion for sales already or someone with the knowledge but not necessarily the field sales experience.
