Experience required:

• At least 3 year’s experience working as a Mechanical Fitter within a heavy manufacturing background
• Experience changing bearings, straps, belts, rollers, gearboxes, motors, hydraulics, Pneumatics, swapping out like for like parts  
• A keen focus on continuous improvement and an eye for a first time fix
• Advantage if you have worked on ovens, kilns, conveyors, extruders, presses, packaging lines etc
