Job Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Employer Engagement Consultant who will proactively work to identify new employment opportunities for job seekers across all industry sectors.

You will have extensive employer engagement or recruitment experience and have a proven track record in identifying new employers/vacancies.   Working with various job seekers groups, you will work to target suitable employment opportunities supporting their transition in to sustained employment.

Experienced in working to set targets, you will have a proactive approach to recruitment and you will have access to your own vehicle as you will need to visit employers across the region.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
