Job Description:
Profectus have partnered with a MedTech company based in Cardiff who are developing a cutting-edge, leading medical discovery platform. By leveraging machine learning, they are able to predict antigen binding antibodies targets with high affinity.
The client requires an experienced Computational Immunologist who has experience with machine learning to join their core team and assist in developing ML models for antigen-antibody prediction and antibody generation. You will assist in curating and expanding their bioinformatic datasets and contributing to business development and publications.
Key Requirements:
- PhD. in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Immunology, or a relatedfield (MSc will be considered with industry experience)
- Strong knowledge of Python and TensorFlow
- Experienced in analysing Antibody, T-Cell and B-Cell datasets
- Experienced in analysing NGS datasets
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with docking, structure prediction
- GCP and AWS knowledge
- Publication or product implementation record that demonstrates creativity in
- applied machine learning
- Knowledge of molecular dynamics simulation
