An amazing opportunity has arisen for a highly driven Lettings Negotiator who is looking to join this thriving city centre independent sales and lettings agent based in Birmingham.  

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be experienced within Lettings and will be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of Birmingham city, the development within and the surrounding area.

As an experienced Lettings Negotiator you will have had previous experience working within an office environment, be used to an extremely busy, varied day and ideally have experience within a similar property related role. The ideal candidate will thrive off city life and be keen to gain experience and develop a career in this bustling market. The city centre lettings market is like no other, so drive and determination is key and in reward you will be paid fantastically well for your efforts. 

You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

This role will include all aspects of Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants. You will be pro-active in self-promotion and marketing and provide excellent customer service. The aim is to create a referral business and maintain clients-for-life business.
