Learning Support Assistant – North London – Start ASAP!
Full-time Contract
Up to £80 p/d
A two-form entry Primary School in Haringey are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and closely support a pupil with high functioning autism. Mirroring the school’s values into the tailored approach to supporting this child will prove to be greatly receptive.
The SEN Teaching Assistant will be working in a 1:1 capacity with a child in Reception to facilitate an engaging environment, encourage positive behaviour and build independence.
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant who:
- Has a strong understanding of SEN; specifically, in ASD and challenging behaviour
- Has experience in a similar role or TA position
- Holds valid DBS/Police Checks
