Consistent Recruitment is very excited to be working with my existing fantastic client Harlow, working from their beautiful open plan offices, as a Customer Service Executive you will be joining an existing team in the Customer Service department.
As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of the information submitted in a timely manner and in line with our processes. You will be required to implement corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
This is an entry level role so training will be provided but you must have some office experience and existing Customer Service experience.
This is a 37.5 hour week between 9.00 am - 17.30 pm
