The recruitment consultant role will see you working with a well-established and knowable team with a myriad of different clients throughout the Oxfordshire area. You will be joining us at an exciting period of growth; we are therefore looking for someone with drive, determination and with a natural flair for developing customer relationships. Above all, you must demonstrate a "can do" attitude, with an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

We are ideally looking for someone with a strong recruitment background that is used to working to KPI's and has the determination and desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. We would however also consider someone with a very strong sales background.

This role will initially be based from home due to the current ongoing and unpredictable situation with Covid-19. We are therefore seeking a self motivated and autonomous individual who doesn't mind working alone however, full support and training will be provided by our experienced management team and there will be opportunity for regular online interaction and meetings with our other sales teams.
