Role:

• To safely and successfully assemble and construct products in line with the information issued by the Production Supervisors.

Responsibilities:  

• Deliver your work with skill and care so that the installation is defect free.
• Maintain a safe working process and work environment so that no undue risk is avoided.
• Take responsibility for the PPE, tools, equipment and materials in your control
• Store PPE, tools, equipment and material securely whilst not in use.
• Identify and with the assistance of your supervisor, source the tools, equipment and materials you need.
• Minimising waste through care and control of materials
• Report issues and discrepancies immediately to your line manager.
• Listen to the information and instructions issued to you and ask questions when unsure.
• Accept and participate in training as it is offered.
• Ensure you clock in and out to record your hours.
• Maintain a solution focused and positive outlook on work, engaging with other team members, suppliers and customers when required.
• Complete Quality documentation to demonstrate compliance with assembly instructions for our customer.
• Participate in business wide activities when requested
• Receive feedback and implement change to working practice.

• Recording your attendance and absence in line with the employee handbook

• Following the direction of your line managers.
• To immediately identify defective work by others and these defects to the attention of the Production Supervisor without progressing with further work.
