Power Supplies Engineers, Rail

£300-£350 per day PAYE / £400-450 per day Umbrella
Long term contracts

We have an immediate need for a professional, competent and qualified Project Engineer / Power Supplies Engineer with experience in large railway electrification projects.

You will be:

- Supporting the CRE and CEM in design reviews of rail power supplies
- Ensure engineers and construction teams are correctly ordering supplies to meet the programme
- Ensuring material schedules are maintained f
- Controlling the documentation for warranties and certification
- Support the production of a robust inspection and surveillance regime c
- Working on site and from the project office
- Working nights and weekends as required
- Deputise for the CRE as required
- Work to the following Network Rail standards: NR/L2/ELP/27314 All modules, NR/L3/ELP/29987 All modules and numerous NR/L2 ELP and CIV modules.

You will have:

- PTS (or be able to obtain)
- COSHH
- OLEC 1
- Railway power supplies engineering experience

It will be an advantage to also hold:

- Emergency First Aid At Work
- IOSH or Nebosh
- Substation Entry
