Teaching Assistant need in a Hartlepool Secondary school

On behalf of a large Secondary school in Hartlepool, Hello Education are looking to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants to provide support across all year groups. Ideally the candidate will have been in a similar role previously with an enhanced DBS on the update service.

The school prides itself on giving their pupils the highest level of education believing that all students can reach their full potential with encouragement and support. As a Teaching Assistant the applicant will play a vital role in ensuring that classroom disturbance is kept to a minimum and students are engaged in the lesson.

The applicant must have the following:

• Level 3 or above Supporting Teaching and Learning
• Previous experience in KS3 and/ or KS4
• Be able to communicate effectively with pupils and staff
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Confident working with pupils of all abilities including SEND and Challenging Behaviour
