Cover Supervisor needed in Middlesbrough

Due to an increase in demand, Hello Education is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our successful supply team. The applicant will be working in Secondary schools within the Middlesbrough area covering all subject depending on the school’s individual needs. Roles are initially on a day to day basis with the potential to long term placements.

The desired cover supervisor will be working within classes of on average 28 pupils of all ages and abilities including challenging behavior. It will be your role to ensure that all pupils remain focus to complete work and activities previously set by the class teacher. Also, assist students with any questions they may have to the best of your ability. Highlight enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and confidence within the class.

Applicant must have the following:

• Experience of at least 6 months working with pupils aged 11-18 years old
• Genuine desire to be a part of a committed team
• Passion about education and good classroom management
• Great communication skills with pupils and staff members
