Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of home & establishment care, is now looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to look after the end to end recruitment of the business.
Duties (to include but not limited to);
- Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring requirements.
- Directing sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers
- Headhunting, resourcing, and attracting candidates to relative positions.
- Meet and achieve given KPI's on a consistent basis.
- Coach and guide your candidates from start to finish of the recruitment process.
- Provide first-class Client Relationship Management.
- Develop successful and lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Business Development of new roles from new and existing accounts.
Key Activities:
- Co-ordination of appointments via in-house bookings software
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates in person and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in line with company and legislative requirements

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications;

- Must have at least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally along with a confident and courteous phone manner.

- Strong customer service focus and business acumen are essential.
