Our client, a leading provider of home & establishment care, is now looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to look after the end to end recruitment of the business.

 

Duties (to include but not limited to);

  • Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring requirements.
  • Directing sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers
  • Headhunting, resourcing, and attracting candidates to relative positions.
  • Meet and achieve given KPI's on a consistent basis.
  • Coach and guide your candidates from start to finish of the recruitment process.
  • Provide first-class Client Relationship Management.
  • Develop successful and lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Business Development of new roles from new and existing accounts.

 

Key Activities:

  • Co-ordination of appointments via in-house bookings software
  • Screening and interviewing potential candidates in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in line with company and legislative requirements

  • Must have at least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment.

  • Strong customer service focus and business acumen are essential.

Salary: up to €35 000p.a + commission
