The role will be speaking with candidates in the area about them, their wants and needs, their skills and matching them with vacancies. You’ll work closely with a Client facing consultant to place the best candidates in the best jobs. You’ll be process driven, conscientious and a people person, this role is predominantly making outbound calls to candidates on our database (c.60 dials a day). You’ll need good IT skills too, we have a state of the art CRM system which you’ll receive in depth training on. You’ll need to have a passion for development, be able to spot an opportunity and be naturally inquisitive! Competitive people who thrive on doing a great job work best here!

This role is particularly good as it offers many different routes to progression, whether you want to get involved with clients or build a team yourself is upto you.
