You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across your geographical area to ensure that all strategic targets are met. As a senior leader, you will be expected to show leadership in creating and leading business change, working collaboratively across our clients business. You will lead and manage your team in alignment with the companies' values.

The Sewer Networks Manager will be responsible for effectively managing costs, pollution reduction and flooding incidents from the sewer network, whist building a strategic partnership with the service provider. You will directly either manage or be involved with a number of projects and programmes, ensuring the planned works are delivered within the agreed timescales and budgets. You will drive optimum level performance from the Service Partner and R&M Contract, ensuring contract SLA's are met and adhered to whist pinpointing any shortfalls in performance and taking steps to mitigate and control any arising issues.

You will be responsible for providing both accurate and timely reporting & forecasting to the business, highlighting any abnormalities or potential overspends. You will collaborate with other senior members of staff to develop and monitor annual budgets, pinpointing any areas of pressure or trends.

You will have an excellent awareness of the H&S requirements; ensuring breaches are escalated through the correct channels whilst driving good practice and compliance to mitigate any future incidents. There is a requirement for the successful candidate to be on a 1 week in 6 roster, where you will be required to manage the repair and recovery of any faulty assets.
