Due to the increase in production, they’re looking for an Experienced Maintenance Engineer to help hit production targets.

What do we need from you I hear you ask?

You’re going to need to be a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably electrically biased (apprentice qualified). You will have worked within FMCG/High-Speed Manufacturing.

You will look objectively at every side of an idea or situation to guarantee that all outcomes are thoroughly calculated before deciding on a suitable course of action. Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won’t be ‘firefighting’ for the entire shift.

Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you’ll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.
