Package: £19,000 - £22,500 + Annual bonus between £1500-£2500

Job Overview: Our client based centrally in Nottingham are looking for the right person to join our young and motivated team where the focus is on delivering a great service whilst having an enjoyable working environment! If you are a capable, adaptable, tenacious and dedicated property manager then this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can help support our day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide exceptional levels of customer experience to the tenants and landlords through the continuous implementation of maintenance and compliance on our portfolio. You will need to be highly organised and able to multitask with ease while working in a high-pressure work environment.
Your main tasks will include taking inbound phone calls, problem solving maintenance queries, providing contractors with clear instructions and time frames, finding new and innovative ways to ensure our clients have the best experience with us at all times and when things don’t go well, being on the for front of complaint handling to ensure we get a resolve while fixing the problem that caused it.
Overview of duties:
- Handle requests for maintenance faults reported prioritising as needed
- Communicate with contractors, providing clear instructions and time frames
- Monitor progress of jobs / progress / completion
- Organising certification for properties
- Dealing with complaints
- Accurately updating information onto in-house systems
- Liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis
- Providing general support and assistance to operational colleagues
Additionally the successful candidate will:
- Handle out of hours maintenance cover
- Help with general office administration
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a focused organiser, who is pro-active in problem solving and finding adequate solutions
- Be passionate about customer service and property management with some prior experience
The Property Manager will report to the Head of Property Maintenance however will also have self-management aspects where you will be expected to work independently and pro-actively.
