Agilis Recruitment have been retained on an exciting opportunity to help secure an ambitious and driven head of digital media for a leading agency in the South West. As the head of digital media, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online campaign activity. This role plays a crucial part in the agencies digital delivery, so it is essential that you are a highly driven, confident and passionate character ready to get stuck in.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working with the media directors to define and direct the digital strategy across all programmatic media.
  • Developing PPC strategies and taking a lead on PPC campaigns.
  • Manage a digital team - motivating and inspiring the team to continue learning and developing their skills.  
  • Be responsible for the digital department, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness and profitability is maintained in line with company goals.
  • Analysing latest trends across digital media platforms. 
  • Manage analytic tools.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the creative team


Role Requirements:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience working on Paid search and social campaigns (Essential).
  • Experience in Display and Google Shopping Campaigns.
  • Experience in Biddable media. 
  • Google Accreditation.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team. 
  • Experience working in a marketing agency (desirable).

 

**Due to the pandemic, this role is fully remote. When normality returns, the role will be a mix of WFH and office based.
