Local authority in London is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors whom are required to provide full range of professional services, from inception to final account, for the Property Services department.

Predominantly working on the Council's Housing Stock, works range from new roofs, windows, kitchen and bathrooms, external decoration programmes and a wide variety of M&E Service contracts. Occasional works on non-housing schemes will also be required to be undertaken.

Experience of using the NHF Schedule of Rates would be an advantage however an ability to adapt quickly to an ever changing environment and be able deal with a wide variety of different schemes.
