A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading sales and lettings Estate Agent. This exceptional brand has a strong sales division and is looking for an ambitious Senior Negotiator who can value and list properties to join their growing team.  

The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator will have at least 4years industry experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a drive and hunger to succeed and progress within the Estate Agency industry.

Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking and taking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting valuations, Listing properties and negotiating the sale.

Estate Agent Senior Negotiator/ Valuer – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent experience as a Senior Negotiator, capable of valuing and listing properties.
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems.
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability are key attributes.
• Ability to work independently and manage own work-load/ diary.
• You will be well spoken and well presented.
• You will be target driven and ambitious, with a natural hunger to succeed.
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance.
