Location: Nottingham

Hours: 7 days shifts (Mon- Fri 8- 6, Sat 9-5, Sun 10-4)

Contract Length: 6 months

Rate: £8.72 ph

The role of the customer service advisor will include:

• Supporting customers with questions and queries regarding products and services via the phone and on emails.
• Assisting customers in booking a range of appointments in their local area
• Making customers aware of products and services which might be available to them
• General support and troubleshooting for customers

The successful customer service advisor will require:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous experience within a customer service or call centre role (desirable)

• Exception patience and compassion skills

• Able to deal with a large range of customer base.

• Organised

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confident in their telephone ability

• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
