Are you looking to progress your career in 2021?

We are looking to recruit a Locality Manager for 10 supported living apartments for vulnerable adults for complex needs. You will support the Service Manager in the successful running of the service, including full running of the service in their absence.

As a Locality Manager you will have previous experience in a similar role within Supported Living or a residential service.

You will:

  • Have the skills to lead, development and motivate a team of staff on a daily basis
  • Share our values to want to make a difference to vulnerable adults and have a good understanding of Positive behaviour support management plans
  • Through person centred planning, support tenants to fulfil good quality of life and outcomes
  • Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more – implementing the reach standards for supported living
  • Be able to lead from the front to provide a first class service
