The ideal candidate will have experience of working across the full systems lifecycle for complex electronic/embedded systems. The Systems Engineer will be required to work closely with software, electronics and firmware teams to support a system solution. A background in software, electronics or firmware engineering would be advantageous but not essential.

This role has been determined as Outside IR35

Overview - Provide Systems Engineering support to the Technical Authority as needed including documentation and MBSE models

Experience Required:

• Experience of requirements capture and decomposition of requirements for complex electronic embedded systems
• Experience of Model Based Systems Engineering using SysML
• Good written communication skills including the production of technical documentation such as design documents
• Experience of working closely with software, firmware and electronic design teams
• Ability to develop Verification strategies for complex embedded systems.
• Knowledge and experience of networks
• Cyber Security Domain Experience preferable
