- Structured progression, training & development?
- Overtime available?
- And again – 7 days off EVERY 4 weeks
- Bupa Healthcare

I know what you’re thinking too, £39,000 + 7 days off every 4 weeks? HOW do I sign up? What experience do I NEED?
You’re going to need to be a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably electrically biased (apprentice qualified ONC or equivalent). You will have worked ideally within Chemical/FMCG/High-Speed Manufacturing.
You will look objectively at every side of an idea or situation to guarantee that all outcomes are thoroughly calculated before deciding on a suitable course of action. Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won’t be ‘firefighting’ for the entire shift.
Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you’ll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.
If this sounds like your cup of tea, click apply and I’ll give you a call.
