Job Description:
Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a Group Head of New Homes for our client in Bracknell.
This role is a senior position within the company and previous new homes estate agency experience would be an advantage.
The position will involve the management of the sales teams within the new homes sales department. You will lead, motivate, develop, and appraise staff to ensure they are able to achieve agreed KPI's .
