RNLD or RN required

Paterson Health and Social Care have an opportunity for an RN to join our small care at home team as a Nurse Consultant.  We are rated good with CQC and have over 20 years experience as a care provider.

The position is 3 days a week, salary pro rata.  However, hours will need to be flexible at times.  At present you will be based at home/out in the field but this may change to office based as restrictions are lifted.  We have a small portfolio of clients based in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

This role involves conducting care needs assessments at our clients’ homes, meeting with MDTs, nurse supervisions, writing care plans and producing the associated paperwork.  Due to the nature of our business this position would suit an RNLD but RNs will be considered.

Previous experience in this type of role is required due to the complex needs of our clients.  A good working knowledge of respiratory conditions and suctioning is also desired.
