Our client is looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Agents to work on a rota basis. They are open Mon-Sun from 7am-11pm so you must be flexible and able to work shifts between these hours.

The Role

· Dealing with customer enquiries

· Building relationships with customers

· Accurately recording information and providing comprehensive administration

· Understanding the customers’ needs
