Payroll Assistant- Temporary to Permanent

£23,000- £25,000

Birmingham (Immediate start)

 

The successful candidate will have experience working within an established payroll team, be self-motivated and able to hit the ground running, reporting directly into the Payroll Manager.

 

Duties:

  • Knowledge of all current legislations which relate to the Payroll function, this includes NI, Tax and other statutory payments.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties such as, HMRC, Pension and benefit providers.
  • Managing internal and external queries in line with the agreed SLA’s
  • Working well within a small team
  • Processing 1 payroll cycle for over 2500 employees

 

Skills

  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge using SAP.
  • Organised and effectively manage workload.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll
