We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Health and Social Care recruitment team focusing on permanent vacancies throughout the UK.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is wanting to progress in their career with the aim to develop and grow a permanent recruitment division and lead a team of recruitment consultants.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant role will see you working within a well-established business and knowable team with a myriad of different clients throughout the local area and across the UK.

We are ideally looking for someone with a strong healthcare recruitment background that is used to working to KPI's and has the determination and desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Experience and Skills:-

• Health and Social Care recruitment experience desirable
• Experience of permanent recruitment desirable
• Strong business development, sales and negotiation skills
• Driven, Determined and self motivated
• Proven track record within recruitment
• 'can do' attitude
• Excellent communication, teamworking and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to motivate and lead a team

This role will initially be based from home due to the current ongoing and unpredictable situation with Covid-19. We are therefore seeking a self motivated and autonomous individual who doesn't mind temporarily working alone however, full support and training will be provided by our experienced management team.
