Requirements Consultant

The client provide management consultancy services to customers, in a wide variety of projects and programmes, including business transformation and change management programmes.

You will have experience of Requirements Management as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a forward-leaning approach to problem-solving.

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrable practical experience in Requirements Management / Engineering, preferably with both traditional project lifecycle and agile / hybrid environments

• Experience of working in a business transformation, change management or delivery project environment in Defence, Government and Infrastructure, Justice and Security domains

• Experience of working in a client team to influence strategic decision makers and deliver practical solutions

• An understanding of the importance of soft skills within Management Consultancy and the capacity to discuss your approach, alongside demonstrable ability to communicate effectively

• A member, or willingness to become a member, of an appropriate professional body and a desire for further professional development

• Dependability, commitment and a genuine enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of a successful business

• Current security clearance at SC level is essential and you will not be considered if you dont current hold this.
