Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Registered Manager within our multi site adult supported living services
We have a great opportunity, working for an organisation that are passionate about the delivery of a compliant and person centered care provision.
Sites covered; ST3, Wolverhampton, Dudley
You will need to be registered with CQC
Have a proven background in learning disability and service management
Able to lead and motivate teams.
What we'd like from you:
- Relevant industry experience at a management level and previous experience of managing a group of staff.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- A sound understanding of the environment your division operates within is essential.
