The Role:
In the Finance Manager role you'll report to the Managing Director and will be primarily responsible for running and managing the companies accounts.

Specific tasks include:
- Producing monthly board packs and management information
- Reconciliation of the company's bank accounts
- Overseeing credit control and the company's Purchase Ledger
- Running payroll

This position is based in the company's Coventry office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

The standard working hours for this job are 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Thursday. 08:00 - 13:00 Fridays

The Candidate:
To be considered for the Finance Manager role you will need to possess direct experience of Sage 50.

We also need you to have prior experience of running the financial operations for a small business.

It's also essential that you've got experience of managing a small team.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- The relevant accountancy qualification such as acca/cima/aca
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables/vlookups)

The Package:
The basic salary for the Finance Manager role is between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
