Criteria;

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Experience of delivering training in Door Supervision and/or Spectator Safety with occupational competency in both vocations.
• Ideally have experience of delivering Employability related training.
• Hold all OR any of the following; SIA Door Supervision Licence, Spectator Safety Training, Conflict Management, Physical Intervention and First Aid – (Our client will provide training on any courses not held, however this may initially affect salary offered.
• Ideally hold a recognised Teaching Award (PTLLS / AET or equivalent).
• Hold solid occupational experience as a Security Guard / Grounds Safety Officer or similar.
• Confident with Online emote delivery via Zoom/Teams etc.
• Driving licence and a vehicle - candidate must be flexible with travel when covid restriction lifted.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of learners working towards training programmes in Spectator Safety to Level 4, and SIA Door Supervisor Level 2 - along with Employability training and support.
• Deliver training to learners via online remote sessions - group and 1:1 basis.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
