Senior Solution Architect (Contract Management Solutions, Contract Lifecycle Management, Agile, Transformation, Consultancy)

My Client is a Leading Consultancy with offices across 50 countries globally.

We are looking for a well established Senior Solution Architect to join their growing Contract Management Transformation practice.

You will be responsible for leading scoping, design, development and implementation activities across multiple client projects to deliver leading contract management solutions.

You must analyse new business requirements and their correct technical implementation solutions using industry best practice. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery leads, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Leading the technical delivery of a portfolio of contract management projects on selected CLM platforms
• Define technical solutions at an architectural and design level of detail
• Provide senior technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and offshore development teams
• Provide architectural oversight of the design and delivery of technical integrations between selected CLM platforms, client IT and business services

Essential experience:

• A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on CLM platforms on time and on budget as a Solution Architect including but not limited to CLM configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard report development
• Experience of leading offshore development teams and working with engagement leads, project managers and business analysts to deliver enterprise wide contract management solutions
• Experience with delivering global solutions in complex client environments
• Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches with a focus on reducing development effort and simplifying delivery as appropriate
• Experience of agile and traditional software and project methodologies
• Able to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach
• Strong negotiator, influencer and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations 

Desirable experience:

• Experience of delivering technology projects on Contract Express, SirionLabs and / or Coupa CLMA or other CLM technologies such as Icertis, Conga, Docusign (SpringCM)
• Certified in PRINCE2 / PMP / equivalent
