A lovely 2 form entry Primary School located in Hackney are looking for a Dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant.

• Full-time/Long-term
• To start immediately
• £80-95 per day, dependent on experience/qualifications.

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will be prepared to work in a challenging but enjoyable working environment. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will supporting children with Autism in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will be delivering a variety of interventions to boost children’s learning and ability in English and Mathematics. The school are looking for someone proactive and consistent. In addition you will be working alongside a fantastic Special Needs Co-ordinator.  

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will:

• Be willing to work as part of a team.
• Have good curriculum knowledge.
• Have a passion for SEND.
• Have the ability to support children one-to-one and in groups.
• Be able to work using your own initiative.
• Have good knowledge of Special Needs.
