SENIOR STRATEGY MANAGER - WFH - £48K + EXCELLENT BENEFITS 
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Strategy Manager on a permanent basis, offering an excellent package and potential to work from home. Key Responsibilities • To plan and undertake research and analysis to assess the potential impact of market, government and competitor analysis, to help inform senior members of what the organisation's position on developments should be. • To plan and undertake strategic research and analysis on other moderate sized workstreams or projects when required. • As part of delivering the above: • To support activities through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, including coordinating data gathering across the organisation when required. • To present findings to senior team members with limited supervision as a subject matter expert • Pro-actively help to shape the message for internal and external audiences • To support the Strategic Opportunities and Insight Team on other activity as required, including supporting the organisation's external affairs activity through rigorous analysis. Skills and Experience Essential Experience of strategy development informing decision making at a senior level: • * Delivering sophisticated competitor / market analysis • Planning and managing moderate-sized work streams on a day-to-day basis • Developing high quality discrete outputs with limited supervision and presenting findings to senior level audiences as a subject matter expert Strong strategic skills: • * Ability to identify strategic questions and form hypotheses to guide own work in response to broad and ambiguous requests • Understanding of analytical frameworks used in strategy development to structure thinking • Ability to develop robust and thoroughly considered presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format Strong analytical skills: • * Experience with financial and numerical analysis and financial and numerical modelling • Advanced ability to understand and analyse data using Microsoft Excel • Proven practice of qualitative research methods Ability to manage a variety of communications with a wide range of stakeholders in a large and complex organisation including: • * Engaging in discussion with both internal and external stakeholders and fielding questions on complex issues • Articulating the message clearly, accurately and succinctly in both written outputs and in verbal reports or presentations • Building a series of robust networks at varying levels across the organisation • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines both independently and within a team • Discretion and ability to maintain confidential data • A strong interest in social justice and a commitment to equality and diversity • An upper second class undergraduate degree or equivalent The annual salary on offer is £42,000 - £48,000 per annum with an extensive benefits package such as 33 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year, pension, plus many other benefits. The role is based in Milton Keynes with flexible remote work available but there will be some requirements to be on site a certain percentage per week.
