We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer/Trainee Consultant; Novum Personnel are an recruitment services business covering a range of industry sectors and disciplines including education, tech, construction and many more..
We are looking for a forward thinking, outgoing, team orientated person, if this sounds like you then you could be a perfect fit for our team.
The focus of this role will be to provide the following duties among others;
-day-to-day candidate control
-admin and support to the team
-advertising permanent and temporary bookings on behalf of the Recruitment Consultants
-monitor responses to live adverts
-registering and qualifying candidates
-shortlist candidates to appropriate vacancies
-contacting candidate references
-monitor weekly timesheets
-administration with the companies CRM System
-ability to conduct good phone manner
-work to deadlines
