Lead IT Functional Analyst opportunity - UK based with flexible working- salary between 60k-65k + benefits

Working for a high-profile Defence organisation, you will Manage a team of SAP analysts to deliver a professional service to the business Manage and develop the SAP business applications road map

Key responsibilities:

* Operates as the subject matter expert in their chosen SAP modules, provides professional advice and makes recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition

* To self sufficiently, design and develop business / process enhancing SAP solutions

* To deliver early life support for new SAP solutions To support established in-house developed SAP solutions

* To add value to existing business processes / procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness Assist in the management of third party and internal suppliers

* Manage, motivate and develop the SAP Functional team, ensuring members effectively prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements

Experience required:

* Expert in one or more of the following SAP Modules (PP,MM,QM,LO,PDM,CS,SD,WM,PM)

* Design, configuration and testing in relevant SAP Modules

* Lead projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs

* Influence and negotiate with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning

* Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business

* Able to challenge / respond to challenges on process issues

* Provide support for data migration projects as and when required

* Understand the business data requirements and translate it into solution framework / architecture

* Work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution
