We are looking for a talented and influential Engineering professional with experience of working right across the product lifecycle. Using your previous experience, this is a phenomenal opportunity to lead the technical evolution of the Configuration Management (CM) group through business wide collaboration; Growing CM effectiveness across new business partners and delivering technical CM solutions to enhance our operational effectiveness.

What we're looking for:

• A proven track record of experience within engineering organisations or operational domains, with a strong technical understanding of a product lifecycle and key delivery milestones.
• Ability to problem solve, define best practice and build Configuration Management effectiveness in order to successfully manage product data across multiple existing and new business partners.
• Appreciation of product data management processes and tools, ideally within a Defence or Aerospace industry.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams to deliver technical solutions in improving business efficiency.
• Passion for coaching and developing others through the sharing and delivery of knowledge, information and best practice to successfully prepare CM teams for the future.
• Ability to lead new business integration for Configuration Management through the development of processes, tools, skills and knowledge.
• Understanding of how to satisfy and compliment external standards through healthy and efficient business processes.
